Access to our website

Every access to our website and each download of a file stored on the website are logged. The storage serves internal system-related purposes. Recorded are: name of file accessed, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval and web browser. Use of our online shop

For online orders through our website we collect with the customer data form various personal information from you (title, name, address, phone number, in case of payment by direct debit the bank data) that you transmit to us by sending your order. You also have the opportunity to contact us through this website.  With our contact form, we collect various personal data from you. Mandatory fields we collect in order to allow a reasonable workflow of your request, are reduced to a minimum: title, first name, last name, e-mail address and the message itself. With these data provided by you,  a direct e-mail is generated via TLS encrypted  and send to us- without intermediate storage – and therefore not viewable by a third party. If you are interested in our newsletter with information about us and our products and services, please confirm this in the contact form or in the customer registry (click newsletter box).

After your registration our system sends an email with an activation link which is valid for 3 days and thus confirms your registration. Clicking the activation link, you confirm your e-mail address and you agree to receive our newsletter. If you are not clicking the activation link, your data will be automatically deleted after 3 days.
